Bad Faith

According to the concept of Bad Faith: The waiter who is eager to serve and is extravagant in the ways he delivers food is essentially acting (an idea with which i agree). Because he is acting or pretending to care he is still aware that he is more than a waiter.
I am that waiter. restaurant employers will tell you to leave your personal problems at the door. so essentially a waiter has to become something/someone else while on the job. What I haven't been able to grasp yet is weather or not this ability to split one's personality is a positive or negative trait according to Sartre.
